How to find us
We train weekly at two venues.
On Tuesdays you can find us at the Emita Sports Ground.

Our second venue is the Flinders Arts and Entertainment centre (FAEC) in Whitemark.

Teacher
Hello, my name is Glenn Sandford and I teach all of the classes at our school. I started teaching karate in 1994 and began my study of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in 2000. I currently hold a seventh degree black belt in Karate and am the ‘Head of School’ for Shoshindo Zen Karate. I also hold a third degree black belt in BJJ and teach Tai Chi for health and fitness. I started Flinders Island Martial Arts in 2019 after transferring my main school in Ballarat, The Ballarat Dojo, to my senior student.
